If you book or attend a Geoffrey Smith EU course or workshops you automatically accept the terms of these terms & conditions.
The content of our courses and workshops has the potential to access unresolved emotions or issues around traumas and sexuality, so they can heal. While we provide you with a safe and sacred space to meet these parts of yourself and to work through these places further assistance may be required. Geoffrey Smith EU coursework and workshops intend to offer the individual tools and techniques to practice, this does not replace the need for individual therapy, especially in cases of previous traumas. If any issues arise for you as a student or participant, it is your responsibility to seek extra support and assistance as required. We are here to support your learning and integration but it’s important that you ask for support when you need it.
INJURIES
If you are nursing a physical injury and are unsure whether our services are suitable for you, clearance from your medical practitioner is required. We ask you to follow the instructions carefully during participation in Geoffrey Smith EU and to take responsibility yourself to ensure that you always move in integrity with the current state of your body. We are unable to provide detailed, personal modifications to you during a group class. If you have an injury and decide to attend our courses or workshops, you are agreeing to monitor your own movements and take care of your body within your own limitations. Always err on the side of caution and be gentle in cases of injury. We do not encourage an approach of pushing yourself or forcing your body in any way. If you are unsure about whether you are in the right physical condition to book into our courses or workshops, please get clearance from your medical professional first.
PREGNANCY
It is your responsibility to let your Instructor know before an event begins if you are pregnant & you understand that no responsibility will be taken for any health issues as a result of your participation in Geoffrey Smith EU classes, workshops or events. For pregnancy, breathwork is generally acceptable up to the last month. However, if you have medical clearance and/or you feel confident to do this practice anyway, you are welcome to do so at your own risk. If you discuss this with your Instructor before booking into an event, and you feel confident to guide yourself, you are welcome to do so at your own risk. We have found that our workshops, courses and classes are incredible birth preparation for many women.
CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT
If you book or attend a Geoffrey Smith EU course or workshops you automatically accept the terms of these terms & conditions.

MISSED CLASSES
We highly recommend full attendance and commitment to every series to get the most out of the practice. If you miss any class during your course, that class cannot be made up at another time. We aim to create a very safe, deep and consistent space for all who attend classes and we’ve found that casual attendance or dropping into another class is often disruptive to group energy. The instructor is still there and available to teach what you signed up for, even if you don’t attend.
If you do not wish to commit to a full course of Geoffrey Smith EU or would like to experience it personally first, we highly recommend booking into an Introduction Workshop to have a chat.
