Yes, I am now offering to facilitate a breathwork session for you in the comfort, security and safety of your own space. And it is so easy!
Using a web-based tool very similar to Skype called zoom I am able to facilitate a breathwork session right where you are. Zoom uses your computer or phone's camera, microphone and speaker to allow us to see, hear and talk to each other.
Clients who have already experienced this have all commented on how powerful the session is compared to a live face-to-face session. The benefits of the session are very similar to a face-to-face session.
The sessions take about the same amount of time, so around 2-hours. You can schedule a session for at time and date that is best for you, and, you do not have the 'drama' of getting home after a session.

What do I need for an online session?
You will need to be in a quiet, private space, somewhere where you can lie down.
You will need a blanket or cover to keep you warm and a pillow.
Some water to drink.
Your phone and any other potential distractions turned off.
How do I set up my space for the online breathwork session?
Set up the computer/phone so that it’s next to your space. Headphones are ideal if you’re solo. If you’re doing it with other people, I suggest connecting to external speakers if you have them.
Set up the computer so I can see you from the waist up when you’re lying down. Have the light on in the room so I can see if you’re doing the breathing technique correctly.
Set up a yoga mat, blanket or whatever you want to lay on. I’ve done it on planes, beaches, and hotel room floors, so anything works. Don’t make excuses.
An eye mask, eye pillow, or face cloth to cover your eyes is really helpful for a lot of people to help let go.
You can light a candle and bring your favourite objects such as crystals, pictures to help support you during your session.
It’s ideal to do breathwork when your stomach is not too full, so I suggest not eating anything at least two hours prior to the session if possible. It still works if you’ve eaten, it’s just best not to have giant cheeseburger right before 😉
Show up fully for the session, just because you’re at home doesn’t mean you can be lazy.
How private is the session, I mean we are online!
The session is totally private, only you and I are in the session and the link between is fully encrypted so no one else can peek in.
