Into your Essence
This small intimate workshop, there are only 6 places, works deeply with the intuitive body and the breath.
It is a very gentle, relaxed day that is able to go surprisingly deep into bringing you home to your essence.
We will explore what your essence is and find ways for you to re-member where you have come from and who you truly are.
We work with you and where you find yourself right now. We work with the breath both as a means of re-entering ourself and as a transformational tool. We work with your intuition, that direct line to your heart and the heart's vision of you.

FAQs
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Public transport via bus or s-tog (hellerup st).
The bus stops almost on the doorstep, the s-tog is a 5-minute stroll away. Space for bikes in a new bike shed (opposite the center).
Free street parking on Svanemollenvej all day and a free unlimited time car park opposite Hellerup Gammel school.
To get to the center you will need to walk through the passageway between nr 6 & 8 Hellerupvej. As soon as you come through the passageway turn left after the covered bike shed and the center is on the top floor of the old yellow warehouse building.
