Ready to truly be open to who you are, who you is?

This one-day event will help you to awaken to these aspects of yourself. It is an intuitive process. We work together. Divining into the grace of our true self, surfacing, sharing and breathing together.

Do you have the courage and the staying power? Are you Ready?

You should bring a light (potluck) lunch to share, paper and a writing tool, your good self, your great heart. Your willingness to be open to yourself, your power, your grace, your beauty.

There will be THREE breathwork sessions during this workshop!

Cost:

DONATION basis, no donation is too small or too big (Suggested donation 800kr).

This is a donation based event. You can donate money, food, services, time, assistance - whatever you want and to whatever amount you feel honours the time, space, work, effort, insights and understandings you take from this workshop.

FAQs

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Heliesen og Mygind Center is very well served by public transport. Hellerup station is a short 5-minute stroll away and several buses stop very close to the center itself and there is ample free street parking on Svanemøllenvej.

To access the center you will need to go through the passageway between nr 6 & 8 Hellerupvej. Once through the passage turn left and you will see the tall old yellow warehouse where the center is on the top floor.
