A transformative & interactive evening that will teach you just how great your breath can be!

Open yourself up to a whole new you by merely tapping into the unlimited potential of your breath.

In this 2-hour event, you will learn a technique that will enable you to untie and remove the physical and energetic blocks to breathing you have developed over your lifetime. This will empower you to experience more freedom both in your breath and your life.

You will learn the crucial importance of proper breathing to your health and well-being physically, emotionally and spiritually.  

You will learn about the potential of the breath and be inspired by Geoffrey’s many years of experience.

You will also have the real experience of a group Breathwork session.

What To Bring

• A pillow
• Wear loose, warm, comfortable clothing
• Water
• A pen and paper for your notes
• A warm covering such as a blanket

• A yoga mat or similar to lie on

Gift economy means that you check in with yourself and, based on gratitude, decide how to reciprocate the gift you have received.
