Healing the wound

The goal of this JoyShop is for you to be able to clearly determine what your boundary status is with yourself & with others. In this process, you will come to see the nature of healthy boundaries and where you have broken them.

Boundaries help us to create a space where healing can happen and allows the wounded child to come closer to and integrate with your adult self.

This process will also be able to help you see unhealthy, unclear, or non-existent boundaries which will enable you to know where healing is needed. 

Gift Economy

The economic system we live in separates us from each other and makes us adversarial, and it creates scarcity and fear. In contrast, gift economy creates mutuality, community and trust.

Through gift economy, we can achieve abundance and peace for all. We all become empowered and caring for each other through gift economy, and we put love back in the centre.

Gift economy means that you check in with yourself and decide how to reciprocate the gift you have received based on the gratitude you feel.
